MB2 is Hiring an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Toombs) Near Prairie, KS

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for our offices in Prairie Village and Lenexa, KS. You would join a fun, fast paced environment with great team members and a strong desire to make Toombs Orthodontics the best place for patients and staff members! In this role, you will be responsible for sharing the benefits our practice offers with patients, assisting the doctors in presenting treatment options and closing the sale for orthodontic treatment.
Main responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have regarding orthodontic treatment
  • Clearly explain treatment options presented by the doctor and assist patients in making the most informed decision regarding treatment
  • Provide comprehensive information about the benefits and advantages of our services, creating a strong value proposition
  • Present treatment fees and financial options, discuss orthodontic insurance benefits (if any) with patients and families
  • Work closely with doctors and staff to ensure clear and correct information is given to patients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales and/or orthodontic treatment coordinator
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks independently as well as collaborate with a strong team
  • Excellent telephone skills and proficient computer skills
  • Has a strong desire to be a part of a successful team, willing to help other staff members to achieve a common goal
  • Previous orthodontic experience preferred
