MB2 is Hiring an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Toombs) Near Prairie, KS
- Communicate with patients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have regarding orthodontic treatment
- Clearly explain treatment options presented by the doctor and assist patients in making the most informed decision regarding treatment
- Provide comprehensive information about the benefits and advantages of our services, creating a strong value proposition
- Present treatment fees and financial options, discuss orthodontic insurance benefits (if any) with patients and families
- Work closely with doctors and staff to ensure clear and correct information is given to patients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients
- Proven track record in sales and/or orthodontic treatment coordinator
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks independently as well as collaborate with a strong team
- Excellent telephone skills and proficient computer skills
- Has a strong desire to be a part of a successful team, willing to help other staff members to achieve a common goal
- Previous orthodontic experience preferred
- 401k
